This page explains how to remove information stored by Strawberry and which data may remain with your device or third-party services. Strawberry does not require a user account or maintain a server-side copy of your training history.
1. Delete information in Strawberry
Strawberry stores your profile, preferences, training plans, sessions, assessments, favorites and progress-related data primarily on your device.
To delete the app's locally managed data:
- Open Strawberry.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the option to delete app data.
- Read the confirmation and confirm the deletion.
The app resets its locally managed data and returns to the initial setup flow. This action is intended to remove your locally stored profile, training history, ratings and app preferences. It cannot be undone through the app.
The exact wording of the deletion control may vary by app language or version.
2. Remove the application
You can also uninstall Strawberry using your device's normal app-management controls. Uninstalling generally removes the app's locally stored data, subject to the operating system's backup and restoration behavior.
Simply removing an app icon from the home screen without uninstalling the app may leave its data intact.
3. Device backups
Your device or operating-system account may retain backups containing app data. Strawberry does not control these backups. To remove or manage them, use the backup settings provided by Apple, Google or your device manufacturer.
Reinstalling the app or restoring a device from backup may restore information if it is included in a retained backup.
4. Advertising and consent-related information
Deleting Strawberry's local data or uninstalling the app does not necessarily erase information that Google or another advertising provider has already received or stored.
Google's UMP consent records and iOS App Tracking Transparency permissions are distinct from Strawberry's SQLite training database. A local data reset must not be treated as proof that Google's stored information or an operating-system permission has been erased.
To review or manage information processed by Google, consult:
On iOS, manage tracking permissions in the device's Settings. Where available, use Strawberry's advertising privacy-options control to change your choices for future advertising processing.
5. Request assistance
Because Strawberry has no user account or server-side training database, we generally cannot access or remotely delete the training information stored on your device.
If you need assistance or want to exercise a data-protection right regarding processing for which we are responsible, contact:

You do not need to send your date of birth, training history or other sensitive information merely to ask a question. We may request only the information reasonably necessary to handle a specific request.
